Aetheron Solutions is an early-stage AI systems company founded by Ansuman Das, building agentic infrastructure for Indian businesses and beyond. The products are real and in development; the company is small and pre-launch.

That is the honest framing. Joining now means shaping architecture rather than maintaining it, and it means the ambiguity that comes with that.

• You would rather solve the problem than defend your first idea about it

No formal openings are posted right now. That is not a soft no — we would rather hear from someone good early than run a hiring round for a role that does not exist yet.
