An online learning platform where an AI tutor adapts to each learner, and the course ends in assessment, certification and placement.
The challenge
Online courses are built once for everyone, so every learner moves at the same pace regardless of what they already know. The learner who needs a concept explained twice and the learner who needs it once get the same video. Completion suffers, and completion on its own does not get anyone hired.
The approach
The tutor is the adaptive layer over the course rather than a chatbot bolted beside it: it responds to how a given learner is actually progressing. Expert-led material stays available so learners are not limited to generated instruction, and the path deliberately ends at employment rather than at a completion screen.
