The agreement behind your workspace — the terms that govern your use of Aetheron's agentic AI platform and WhatsApp Business Platform integrations.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Aetheron Solutions ("Aetheron", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Aetheron provides an agentic AI platform and products built on it that answer, qualify, nurture, and route conversations through AI agents and automated workflows. Where you enable messaging, the service connects to the WhatsApp Business Platform using Business Solution Providers and the WhatsApp Cloud API. Usage may be metered through a prepaid credit wallet. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the confidentiality of your credentials, the roles you assign to your team, and the configuration of your agents, templates, and channels. You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your workspace.
You must obtain valid consent from your contacts before messaging them, honor DND and opt-out requests, and comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. As between you and Aetheron, you are the Data Fiduciary for your contact data and Aetheron is the Data Processor.
You must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms, including using approved message templates and respecting quality ratings and messaging limits.
You may not use the service to:
Prepaid credits are consumed by usage and are generally non-refundable. Plans may combine setup fees with subscriptions. Pricing may change prospectively, and we will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
Message delivery depends on external platforms outside our control. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, delivered on time, or produce any particular result. Meta may rate-limit, reject templates, or restrict numbers based on quality and policy.
The platform's software, design, and trademarks belong to Aetheron Solutions. You retain ownership of your own content and data. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
Both parties will protect the other's confidential information. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Aetheron harmless against claims arising from your content, your messaging activity, missing consent, or your breach of these Terms or of DPDP, TRAI, and Meta policy.
Either party may end use of the service. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform or Meta compliance. On termination, your data is exportable for a brief period and then deleted, subject to the backup-expiry window described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mayurbhanj, Odisha, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through your dashboard or by email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect signals your acceptance of the updated Terms.
